The property has been adapted for a person with restricted walking ability and for those who may need to use a wheelchair some of the time and has been awarded National Accessibility Level 2 by Visit Britain.

The ground floor has been especially adapted for disabled people and includes a double bedroom a single bedroom and a wetroom. These two rooms sleep 3 (+ 1 cot) During off peak weeks (and where we have late availability during any weeks), the ground floor (sleeping 3+1 cot) can be booked at a reduced tariff. These bookings give full use of all our facilities on the ground floor. Or if holidaying with family and friends then the complete property sleeps 10 (+2 cots).

*Please note that if the ground floor is hired that the upstairs will not be available to anyone else, you will have sole use of the property.*

A close link with a local supplier of disability aids enables guests to hire any additionally required specialist equipment which we will arrange to have available on your arrival.
